Help Nutrena - pets in need
Message from our bff, Jeni
“As some of you may know, my Mom volunteers with The Pet Project MN. We gather donations of pet food to be distributed among the food shelves in MN. Cargill, the makers of Nutrena Pet Food have made us an offer. If we can get 10,000 views of the following video by April 30, 2010, they will donate a truckload of pet food to The Pet Project MN.
Just go to the link, view and share with as many folks as might be receptive. I don’t usually solicit, but this is just too easy to help people help pets for free! Thank you so much! “

To date, The Pet Project MN has been in operation since July 2009. We have distributed more than 22,000 pounds of pet food, from community donation sites around MN, to local food shelves in MN. It goes out as fast as it comes in to us. Many families, that might otherwise go without essentials to feed their pet, are able to tend to all of the families’ needs. Our economy and poor job market has especially hit senior citizens and the disabled in MN, with many of them living alone but for their furry companions. We hear constantly that the pet food we distribute helps these families in particular, deal with the harsh blow to independent living and being able to take care of their kitty or doggy, that might otherwise skip meals, or go without. Thank you to all who view the video. Our mission is made possible because of everyone who believes as we do. That pets are part of the family. And that families should stay together through the good times, and through the bad. Thank you.
