Very cute puppy in training. Obedience too to sit there although his eyes are more focus on the treat. This is how you can train your dog.

First notice the owner’s left hand . They keep going to the dog’s nose. He is holding its treats. Allow your dog to smell it then say a commanding word like ‘sit’ . Keep repeating this action until your dog understand this word and you move on to another word.
